Choice International Limited acquires 100% of Choice Proptech Solutions for Rs 62.22 million

Choice International Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the acquisition of 10,000 equity shares, representing 100% of the paid-up equity share capital, of Choice Proptech Solutions Private Limited from Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited for Rs 6,22,20,000. The acquisition, completed August 10, 2026, makes Choice Proptech Solutions Private Limited a wholly-owned subsidiary of Choice International Limited and is part of an internal group restructuring to improve operational efficiency. Choice Proptech Solutions Private Limited, incorporated March 9, 2011, is engaged in technology-driven real estate distribution, marketing, and advisory services, with a turnover of Rs 245.57 lakh as of March 31, 2026.
