IndiaNivesh Ltd consolidated sales up 33.33% on year in Q2FY2026

IndiaNivesh Ltd share price softened by 1.54% to Rs 7.01 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 100.74% to Rs 0.08 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 33.33% to Rs 0.08 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 17.12 lakh crore, easing 6.39%. It has slipped by 2.65% over last one week and soared by 15.42% in last one month while the market capitalization of IndiaNivesh Ltd has inched up 6.52% and 7.16% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of IndiaNivesh Ltd stood at Rs 0.27 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 92.86% year-on-year, and plunging by 102.83% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, declining 7.84% YoY and tumbling by 91.33% sequentially. Total expenses plunged by 95.64% to Rs 0.45 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.18 crore, dipping slightly 5.26% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tumbled 34.91% to Rs 3.99 crore, while net profit tanked by 352.57% to Rs 6.39 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 241% to Rs 10.25 crore, and PBT collapsed by 338.33% to Rs 5.72 crore compared to previous TTM. IndiaNivesh Ltd nosedived by 13.70% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.
