Mandavia couple launches open offer to acquire 3.2 million ACI Infocom shares

Sanjay and Rupal Mandavia are launching a mandatory open offer to acquire 3,200,000 shares of ACI Infocom Limited at a price of Rs 1.53 per share, triggered by a recent acquisition of shares in the company. The offer, managed by Credora Partners Private Limited, aims to increase the Mandavias’ stake in ACI Infocom, with Sanjay currently holding 0.48% and Rupal 2.86% of the company’s shares. Following the acquisition, their combined stake will rise to 25.05%. A Detailed Public Statement outlining the full terms and conditions will be published on or before August 17, 2026, and the offer is intended to maintain a minimum 25% public shareholding in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations; the Acquirers are also issuing warrants to public shareholders.
