Interarch Building Solutions Limited clarified that it previously reported the allotment of 45,415 equity shares under the INTERARCH ESOP SCHEME-2023, but the correct number is 45,179, which was approved by the company's board on August 6, 2026, and these shares rank pari-passu with existing equity, bringing the total issued share capital to Rs 168,170,320.
