Mr. Radadiya holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and has seven years of experience in accounting, with expertise in areas including statutory compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The company also disclosed that Murli Shivshankaran Nair, Managing Director, along with Mr. Radadiya and Manmeetkaur Harshdeepsingh Bhatia, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, will be authorized to determine the materiality of events and make disclosures to stock exchanges.
