Sandeep Jindal to join as Director, bringing NBFC, capital markets expertise to the service sector firm

The service sector company, established in November 1993, is poised for growth following recent profitability achieved in the quarters ended March 31, 2026, and June 30, 2026, despite a loss of INR 644.10 lakhs in fiscal year 2025-26. The company plans to appoint Sandeep Jindal, a 54-year-old Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in NBFCs and capital markets, as a Director, effective September 1, 2026, with an annual remuneration of INR 1,10,00,000. Jindal currently holds 23,00,000 convertible warrants and serves as a director for several other entities. As of the post-investment period, promoters hold 30.07% of the 7,29,37,914 total shares, while the Indian public holds a significant 53.66%. The company attributes its past losses to investments in technology and customer acquisition, anticipating increased revenue and profits over the next 3-4 years.
