Eco Recycling Ltd consolidated sales down 13% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit soared by 28.43%

Eco Recycling Ltd share price ticked higher by 1.60% to Rs 498.45 after the company's net profit surged by 28.43% to Rs 9.17 crore, while revenue from operations declined 13% to Rs 16.19 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Waste Management industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 9062.27 crore, easing 5.60%. It has slipped by 2.76% over last one week and advanced by 8.36% in last one month while the market capitalization of Eco Recycling Ltd has marginally improved by 0.23% and 2.69% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Eco Recycling Ltd stood at Rs 11.4 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 26.81% year-on-year, and gaining 3.26% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 6 crore, rallying 807.35% YoY and crashing by 55.55% sequentially. Total expenses jumped by 20.09% to Rs 7.65 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 5.1 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 111.62% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.74 crore, tumbling by 22.11% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 56.94% to Rs 43.96 crore, while net profit jumped 28.25% to Rs 23.38 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 840% to Rs 28.71 crore, and PBT soared 42.59% to Rs 31.67 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 16.89 crore in FY26, as against Rs 2.58 crore in FY25. Eco Recycling Ltd plunged by 18.49% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.63% during the same period.
