Cemindia Projects Limited’s qualified institutions placement raised Rs 1,400 crore via share allotment

Cemindia Projects Limited, formerly known as ITD Cementation India Limited, announced the allotment of 1,26,35,379 equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers through a qualified institutions placement, raising Rs 1,400.00 crore. The shares were issued at a price of Rs 1,108.00 each, reflecting a discount of Rs 50.58 per share, and the company's issued equity share capital increased from Rs 17.18 crore to Rs 18.44 crore as a result of the placement, with Motilal Oswal Flexi Cap Fund Mutual Fund and Mirae Asset Small Cap Fund Mutual Fund being among the significant allottees.
