A C M B & Co, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 030487S), as statutory auditors to fill a vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s S R P C & Co LLP (FRN: S000118), effective August 10, 2026, until the conclusion of the annual general meeting for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
