S.J.S. Enterprises Limited’s share capital increased via employee stock option plan

S.J.S. Enterprises Limited announced the allotment of 2,22,875 equity shares on Thursday, September 3, 2026, following the exercise of vested Employee Stock Options under the ‘SJS Enterprises – Employee Stock Option Plan 2021’, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 32,02,66,540 consisting of 3,20,26,654 equity shares to Rs 32,24,95,290 consisting of 3,22,49,529 equity shares.
