Power & Instrumentation (Gujarat) Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
