Procter & Gamble Health Limited notified the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the 59th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2026, with August 27, 2026, set as the record date for the purpose of the AGM and payment of a final dividend, if approved, to be paid by September 27, 2026.
