Vedanta’s promoter group entities rescinded a facility agreement after repaying associated facilities

Vedanta Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that promoter group entities Vedanta Resources Limited, Vedanta Holdings Mauritius II Limited, Twin Star Holdings Ltd and Welter Trading Limited have rescinded a facility agreement dated December 30, 2025, following the repayment of facilities, which releases previously disclosed restrictions on Vedanta Limited.
