Linde India postpones board and audit committee meetings to August 11, 2026

Linde India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that its Audit Committee Meeting and Board Meeting, previously scheduled for August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, were adjourned to August 11, 2026, with the unanimous approval of all members of the Audit Committee and Directors.
