Tracxn Technologies Limited granted equity shares under its ESOP 2016 plan, increasing share capital

Tracxn Technologies Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 6,442 equity shares under the TRACXN Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 (ESOP 2016) to eligible grantees at an exercise price of Re. 1 per share, increasing the company's paid-up share capital to 10,69,25,031 shares from 10,69,18,589 shares.
