Camlin Fine Sciences appoints Atul Pradhan as independent director for five years

Camlin Fine Sciences Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Atul Pradhan (DIN: 00171022) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, effective September 11, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Pradhan is an IICA-certified Independent Director and former Head of Management Consulting at KPMG India, and is not related to any existing directors.
