Transpek Industry Ltd share price declined by 3.65% to Rs 1275.75. The Company's net profit saw a strong growth of 35.71% to Rs 8.93 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 1.92% to Rs 151.06 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 12.11% to Rs 649.85 crore, while net profit jumped 26.40% to Rs 48.74 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 6854% to Rs 65.97 crore, and PBT rose 11.08% to Rs 61.66 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 135.06 crore in FY26, as against Rs 97.8 crore in FY25. Transpek Industry Ltd crashed 18.01% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 1.97% during the same period.
