Ruchi Infrastructure Limited will hold a board meeting on November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing. The trading window for designated persons of the company is closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until November 6, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
