Panasonic Energy India will move its registered office to Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh

Panasonic Energy India Co. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved a proposal to shift the company's registered office from Vadodara, Gujarat, to Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, and to alter Clause II of its Memorandum of Association, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. The move, effective upon receiving the necessary approvals, aligns the registered office with the company's manufacturing and business operations, which have been based in Pithampur since 2022.
