TCC Concept Limited to merge with ALTRR Software Services, pending regulatory approvals

TCC Concept Limited announced a scheme of amalgamation by way of merger by absorption of its wholly-owned subsidiary, ALTRR Software Services Limited, with itself. The amalgamation, which is subject to regulatory approvals including the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai, is expected to consolidate business operations and streamline corporate structure, with ALTRR reporting turnover of 1,272.05 crore and net worth of 1,627.05 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26, while TCC Concept Limited reported consolidated turnover of 17,939.3 crore and consolidated net worth of 1,64,534.09 crore for the same period.
