Arvind SmartSpaces appoints Walker Chandiok as statutory auditors for five years

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited announced the appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants LLP (ICAI Firm Registration No.: 001076N/N500013), as the company's statutory auditors to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. S R B C & Co LLP, effective August 7, 2026, until the conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting, and for a term of five consecutive years commencing after the 18th AGM and concluding at the 23rd AGM in 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
