Bazel International grants 14,500 employee stock options under its 2022 plan

Bazel International Ltd. announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 14,500 employee stock options to eligible employees under the BIL Employees Stock Option Plan, 2022, with an exercise price of Rs 18.42 per option. The options will vest in tranches over three years, with 30% vesting at the end of the first year, 30% at the end of the second year, and 40% at the end of the third year, and can be exercised within two years of the vesting date.
