Aurum PropTech shareholders approved a preferential issue to Aurum RealEstate Developers

Aurum PropTech Limited announced that shareholders approved a preferential issue of equity shares and warrants at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on Friday, August 14, 2026, via video conferencing. The meeting, chaired by Mr. Ashish Deora, also approved loans, investments, guarantees or securities exceeding prescribed limits under the Companies Act, 2013, the acquisition of 100% stake in Locon Solutions Private Limited, and an alteration of the company’s Articles of Association. Additionally, shareholders approved a preferential issue of fully convertible warrants to Aurum RealEstate Developers Limited, a promoter of Aurum PropTech Limited.
