Jindal Poly Investment re-appoints Ghanshyam Dass Singal as Managing Director for five years

Jindal Poly Investment and Finance Company Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ghanshyam Dass Singal as Managing Director for a further term of five years, commencing August 10, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting; Mr. Singal was also appointed as an Additional Director, designated as Additional Managing Director.
