Bharat Wire Ropes Limited allotted shares under its ESOP scheme to eligible employees

Bharat Wire Ropes Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 1,98,337 equity shares under the Bharat Wire Ropes Employee Stock Option Scheme (“BWRL ESOP Scheme 2022”) on August 7, 2026, to eligible employees. The allotment increased the company's paid-up share capital to Rs 68,78,29,850 divided into 6,87,82,985 equity shares and 38,266 0.01% Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares.
