H S India Limited will replace statutory auditors after their five-year term ends in 2026

H S India Limited informed the BSE Limited that M/s. K. K. Haryani & Co., Chartered Accountants, will complete their five-year term as statutory auditors at the conclusion of the company’s 37th Annual General Meeting scheduled for 11th September, 2026, and are ineligible for re-appointment in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.
