Raaj Medisafe India Limited to appoint CFO and review financial results at meeting

Raaj Medisafe India Limited will hold a board meeting on August 12, 2026, to consider the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer and to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report from the statutory auditor. The board will also review reports submitted to the BSE Ltd. in accordance with SEBI (LODR), 2015, including a statement of variation of utilization of funds raised on March 26, 2026, through a preferential allotment of equity shares.
