Sangam (India) Limited seeks Rs 100 crore via warrants for facility expansion by March 2029

Sangam (India) Limited announced a second corrigendum to the notice of its Extra Ordinary General Meeting, incorporating additional disclosures and amendments related to a proposed preferential issue. The company intends to utilize Rs 100.00 crore raised through the issuance of warrants for capital expenditure programs, including expansion and modernization of manufacturing facilities for cotton yarn, recycled polyester fibre, denim fabric, and garment manufacturing, among other purposes, with a tentative completion date of March 31, 2029. Brickwork Ratings India Private Limited has been appointed as the monitoring agency for the utilization of the issue proceeds.
