NOCIL shareholders appoint Lal and Patnaik as Independent Directors for five years

NOCIL Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjiv Lal and Mr. Sabyaschi Patnaik as Independent Directors for a five-year term from May 7, 2026, to May 6, 2031, at the company’s 64th Annual General Meeting held on August 3, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Hrishikesh A. Mafatlal was reappointed as Executive Chairman for a five-year term from August 19, 2026, to August 18, 2031, also approved at the meeting.
