Digicontent Limited secures Rs 37.20 crore via warrants from multiple investors

Digicontent Limited held an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on Friday, August 7, 2026, where members approved an increase in the company’s authorized share capital from Rs 13 crore to Rs 20 crore and the issuance of 1,40,85,571 warrants on a preferential basis to The Hindustan Times Limited, Kiran Vyapar Limited, Zapfin Teknologies Private Limited, Peanence Commercial Private Limited, and Zafar Ahmadullah, raising up to Rs 37.20 crore, with Rs 35 crore earmarked for debt repayment and approximately Rs 2.20 crore for general corporate purposes.
