Restaurant Brands Asia reports Rs 8,226 million revenue, as Inspira Global acquires 42% stake

Restaurant Brands Asia Limited, formerly known as Burger King India Limited, reported revenue from operations of Rs 8,226 million for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, a 17.9% year-over-year increase, alongside a Company EBITDA (pre-Ind AS 116) of Rs 435 million, up 265.7% compared to the same period last year; the company’s store network reached 752 restaurants, adding 9 stores in India since March 31, 2026, while Inspira Global completed the acquisition of a 42% controlling stake in the company, infusing Rs 1,050 crore through fresh equity shares and warrants, with plans to increase their shareholding to 48% through additional capital infusion.
