Belrise Industries acquires Hyva India’s Tipper body business for USD 5.65 million

Belrise Industries Limited announced that its board of directors approved the acquisition of the India Tipper body business of Hyva (India) Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of JOST Werke SE, on a slump sale basis for a consideration of USD 5.65 million, approximately Rs 543.88 million, as part of a strategy to expand its presence in the commercial vehicle segment.
