Persistent Systems’ revenue rose 16.1% with $1.15 billion in contracts secured

Persistent Systems reported revenue of $452.4 million, a 16.1% year-over-year increase, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, alongside a 32.7% year-over-year growth in EBIT, the company announced. The company, listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE: 533179) and National Stock Exchange (NSE: PERSISTENT), also secured a total contract value of $1.15 billion, including a 6.5-year strategic services agreement worth more than $650 million with a global technology company, and entered into a Business Combination Agreement with Nagarro, a European digital engineering company.
