Fundviser Capital will appoint M/s. M. A. Shah & Co. as auditors in 2026

Fundviser Capital (India) Limited announced that JMT & Associates, Chartered Accountants, will cease to be the company's statutory auditors following the conclusion of the 41st annual general meeting in 2026, due to the completion of their second consecutive five-year term. Simultaneously, the company’s board proposed the appointment of M/s. M. A. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, with ICAI Firm Registration No. 112630W, as statutory auditors for a five-year term commencing after the 41st AGM in 2026 and concluding after the 46th AGM in 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
