Mapro Industries confirms non-applicability of SEBI regulations due to lack of fund raising

Mapro Industries Ltd. informed the BSE Limited that Regulation 32(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the company as it has not raised any funds, therefore, Annexure A will not be submitted.
