Bajaj Finserv Limited announced that its board approved the issuance of 15,11,358 equity shares of Re. 1 face value to the Bajaj Finserv ESOP Trust under the Bajaj Finserv Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme, for a total value of Rs 196.08 crore, at their respective grant prices.
