Vivanta Industries Limited stated that the company has not raised any further funds by means of Public Issue, Rights Issue, or Preferential Issue, and consequently, the Statement of Deviation or Variation under Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable.
