Asston Pharmaceuticals Limited will hold a board meeting on September 4, 2026, to approve the appointment of M/s Panchal S K & Associates as Statutory Auditor, consider directors retiring by rotation, and approve increases in remuneration for Managing Director Ashish Narayan Sakalkar, Whole Time Director and CEO Saili Jayaram More, and Non-Executive Director Sachin Chandrakant Badakh.
