Raconteur Global Resources Limited announced that its board approved the issuance of up to 17,058,818 warrants convertible into equity shares and 588,235 equity shares on a preferential basis to non-promoter/public shareholders, aggregating to Rs 289999906 and Rs 9999995 respectively. The company also set August 28, 2026, as the relevant date for calculating the issue price and appointed Devender Singh of M/s Devender Singh and Associates as the scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
