Raconteur Global Resources Limited announced that its board approved a preferential issue of warrants convertible into equity shares to non-promoter/public shareholders, totaling Rs 289999906, and a preferential issue of 588235 equity shares, aggregating to Rs 9999995, also to non-promoter/public shareholders. The company also approved the appointment of Devender Singh and Associates as scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 27, 2026.
