Neogen Chemicals’ BRSR data received assurance from Bureau Veritas, confirming compliance with SEBI regulations

Neogen Chemicals has received reasonable assurance that its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) data for the period April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026, and related historical data, is presented fairly, according to an assessment by independent assurance provider Bureau Veritas. The assessment, conducted using ISAE 3000 (Revised) standards, covered nine core BRSR indicators related to environmental impact, employee wellbeing, governance, and customer/supplier fairness. Bureau Veritas’s evaluation included site visits, interviews with key personnel, and a review of data collection systems, confirming compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations. The assurance does not extend to activities outside the reporting period or operations of subsidiaries outside the defined scope.
