TeamLease Services sells 30% stake in Crystal HR joint venture for Rs 10.12 crore

TeamLease Services Limited announced it will divest its entire 30% equity stake in Crystal HR and Securities Solutions Private Limited, a joint venture company, as part of a buyback agreement. The transaction, valued at Rs 10.12 crore, is subject to customary conditions precedent and regulatory approvals and will result in the joint venture ceasing to be associated with TeamLease. Srividya V, a promoter of Crystal HR, is involved as a buyer, and the divestment is being undertaken for portfolio rationalisation and capital allocation priorities.
