Lloyds Enterprises Ltd consolidated sales down 21.76% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit jumped 60.14%

Lloyds Enterprises Ltd share price slipped 0.92% to Rs 82.65 after the company's net profit saw a strong growth of 60.14% to Rs 96.58 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 21.76% to Rs 563.03 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Trading - Metals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 20410.61 crore, surging by 39.09%. It has slipped by 3.19% over last one week and rallied by 17.70% in last one month while the market capitalization of Lloyds Enterprises Ltd has inched up 1.89% and 17.86% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Lloyds Enterprises Ltd stood at Rs 112.59 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 60.84% year-on-year, and expanding by 27.70% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 46 crore, tumbling by 117.69% YoY and plunging by 279.91% sequentially. Total expenses tumbled by 29.28% to Rs 481.89 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 273.79 crore, marginally falling by 8.35% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 39.76 crore, surging 12.22% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 18.01% to Rs 1756.29 crore, while net profit surged by 196.52% to Rs 374.53 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 4655% to Rs 311.5 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 187.17% to Rs 468.52 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 361.22 crore in FY26, as against Rs 144.51 crore in FY25. Lloyds Enterprises Ltd rallied 15.40% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.56% during the same period.
