• Contract size The number of shares of the underlying security.
• Convergence The tendency of difference between spot and futures contract to decline continuously, so as to become zero on the date of maturity.
• Custodian Bank or other financial institution that keeps custody of stock certificates and other assets of a mutual fund, individual, or corporate client.
