Initial public offer up to 21,00,800 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Meta Tech Ventures Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.77/- per equity share, including a share premium of Rs.67/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs.16.18 Crores ("the Issue"), comprising of a fresh issue of up to 16,81,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs.12.95 Crores (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 4,19,200 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholder, Megha Agrawal ("Offer for Sale") aggregating to Rs.3.23 Crores, ( Hereinafter Refferd as "Promoter Selling Shareholder") out of which 1,05,600 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.77/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 0.81 Crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 19,95,200 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.77/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs.15.36 Crores is here in after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.41% and 25.09% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 77 per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each. The floor price is 7.7 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 3,200 equity shares and in multiples of 1,600 equity shares thereafter.
