Initial public issue of upto 64,85,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 /- each of Clear Secured Services Limited (Formerly Known as Clear Secured Services Private Limited), ("Clear Secured" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.[*]/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs.[*]/- per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs.[*] crores ("the Issue"), of which [*] equity shares of face value of Rs.
