Initial public issue of upto 49,61,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- /- each of Justo Realfintech Limited (Formerly Known as Justo Realfintech Private Limited), ("Justo" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.
