Initial public offering of up to 61,69,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Optivalue Tek Consulting Limited ("Optivalue" or "the Company" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 84/- per equity share (Including a Premium of Rs. 74 per equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 51.82 crores ("the Issue") by the company.
