Public issue of upto 41,20,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Icodex Publishing Solutions Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. [*] crores ("the issue") comprising of a fresh issue of upto 33,96,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [*] crores (the "fresh issue") and an offer for sale of upto 7,24,800 equity shares by the selling shareholders ("Offer for Sale") aggregating to Rs.
