Initial public issue of up to 20,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 140 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 130 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 28.28 crores ("Issue / Offer"). This issue includes a reservation of up to 1,01,000* equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 1.41 crores for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion") and a reservation of up to 20,000* equity shares (constituting up to [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) aggregating up to Rs.
